Cherche Midi)<\/em>, <strong>confirme la dangerosit\u00e9 de cette situation :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span class=\"TextRun SCXW89894086 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW89894086 BCX0\"> &#8220;\u00catre<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW89894086 BCX0\"> s\u00e9dentaire, c\u2019est \u00eatre assis au moins sept heures par jour en moyenne. Rester debout toute la journ\u00e9e est <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39014782 BCX0\">diff\u00e9rent<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39014782 BCX0\"> car cela fait travailler <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39014782 BCX0\">\u00e0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39014782 BCX0\"> minima les muscles des jambes et contribue donc \u00e0 faire diminuer la mortalit\u00e9 cardiovasculaire (mais augmente les probl\u00e8mes de circulation veineuse).
