Mais c\u2019est la fr\u00e9quence des stimulations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne qui induit ces effets.<\/p><p>La cl\u00e9 pour maintenir notre sant\u00e9 est une activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne simple, comme la marche, la natation, ou le jardinage.
