Pour l\u2019organisme, dormir est vital, indispensable \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d32a820 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d32a820\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>13% des 25-45 ans <\/strong>consid\u00e8rent le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir comme du temps perdu<strong>. <\/strong>Et le temps moyen consacr\u00e9 au sommeil par l\u2019ensemble de la population fran\u00e7aise, en moyenne de 7h par nuit en semaine, tend \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire (1h30 en moyenne de moins qu\u2019il y a 50 ans)*.<\/p><p><strong>L&#8217;enjeu est de taille : <\/strong>la fr\u00e9quence des troubles du sommeil, qui touchent une part importante de la population, a augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies.
