Les prot\u00e9ines sont donc essentielles \u00e0 la vie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c7fa29 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8c7fa29\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecd2f89 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ecd2f89\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\nProt\u00e9ines animales ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5870170 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5870170\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Les aliments d&#8217;origine animale sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus riches en prot\u00e9ines que ceux d&#8217;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. <\/b><\/p><p>Aussi, des aliments tels que la viande, le poisson, les \u0153ufs ou le fromage sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en prot\u00e9ines.
