Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 trop souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au d\u00e9triment de la qualit\u00e9 nutritive des produits de grande consommation.<\/p><p>De ce fait, les \u00e9tals des supermarch\u00e9s sont largement dot\u00e9s en produits transform\u00e9s, raffin\u00e9s, vid\u00e9s de leurs nutriments et gav\u00e9s d\u2019additifs, de sucres, de gras transform\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les produits agricoles et l\u2019eau sont tr\u00e8s contamin\u00e9s par des pesticides, herbicides et engrais chimiques, et les animaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s en batterie sont gav\u00e9s aux hormones, aux antibiotiques et aux \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e quantitativement, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que notre ration alimentaire doit contenir une proportion suffisante de nutriments essentiels majeurs comme les glucides, les lipides et les prot\u00e9ines, mais aussi apporter les vitamines et les min\u00e9raux essentiels au maintien de notre \u00e9quilibre.<\/p><p><strong>Nous parlerons donc dans cette rubrique de ces nutriments et de la part que chacun d\u2019entre eux doit occuper dans notre alimentation quotidienne.<\/strong><\/p><p>Notre assiette doit aussi \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e qualitativement, car si nous avons besoin de sucre, un sucre industriel transform\u00e9 et raffin\u00e9 n\u2019a pas la m\u00eame valeur nutritive qu\u2019un sucre produit naturellement par un fruit.<\/p><p>Et le fruit n\u2019aura pas la m\u00eame valeur nutritive s\u2019il a pouss\u00e9 aux engrais et aux pesticides, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9 et emball\u00e9 vert, ou s\u2019il a muri sur l\u2019arbre au soleil et qu\u2019il est mang\u00e9 tout juste cueilli !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ba8cbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\"
