Il est si important de mastiquer lentement les aliments, d\u2019\u00eatre attentif au go\u00fbt et \u00e0 la texture de ceux-ci.<\/p><p><strong>Car la digestion commence dans la bouche :<\/strong> lors de la mastication, l\u2019aliment est r\u00e9duit et impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de salive.<\/p><p>Cette salive, produite en grande quantit\u00e9, ramollit la nourriture et gr\u00e2ce aux enzymes qu\u2019elle contient engage les transformations chimiques qui vont d\u00e9composer les aliments en mol\u00e9cules nutritives assimilables par notre organisme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2124aba e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2124aba\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52e3528 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"52e3528\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">En mangeant vite, on dig\u00e8re mal, et on prend plus facilement du poids.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-582f8ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"582f8ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>A contrario, plus on prend le soin de mastiquer et moins on aura besoin de manger pour \u00eatre rassasi\u00e9 !<\/strong><\/p><p>En effet, la sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le sentiment de ne plus avoir faim, arrive au bout de quinze \u00e0 vingt minutes apr\u00e8s l&#8217;ingestion.<\/p><p>Manger vite signifie donc souvent manger au-del\u00e0 des besoins de notre corps et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 des troubles digestifs divers (br\u00fblure dans l&#8217;estomac, remont\u00e9es acides, flatulences, etc&#8230;).<\/p><p>Combien de fois avez-vous mang\u00e9 juste parce qu\u2019il est l\u2019heure de manger sans ressentir la faim ?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>La mani\u00e8re de cuisiner les aliments a \u00e9galement de l\u2019importance.<\/strong><\/p><p>La cuisson engendre un grand nombre de mol\u00e9cules complexes n\u2019existant pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat naturel.
